Urgent Vacancies for a Dubai based startup company (HoReCa sector)

LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

• Should have a minimum of 2-3 years experience.
• Well familiar with importing goods, freight forwarding & shipping terms, cargo clearance, managing delivery schedule, documentations etc.
• Preferable to have kitchen supplies background but not mandatory.
• Should be well familiar with MS Office, preparing reports etc.

SALES COORDINATOR (03 Nos)

• Supporting Sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
• Prepare quotations, and maintain sales reports.
• Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Should have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar Coordinator role.
• Should be well versed with MS Office, ERP systems.

SHOWROOM ASSISTANT (Female – 03 Nos)

• Provide assistance to customers entering the showroom.
• Greeting customers, helping customers to locate desired items, arranging product displays, demonstrating product features, and handling customer complaints.
• Must be presentable and have very good English speaking skills.

DRIVER – LIGHT VEHICLE (02 Nos)

• Transport goods to designated locations safely and deliver on time.
• Ensure that all necessary paperwork and documentation are in order before transporting goods.
• Must be able to communicate in English & Hindi.
• Knowledge of UAE roads.
• Hold valid UAE driving license.

DRIVER – HEAVY VEHICLE (01 Nos)

• Transport goods to designated locations safely and on time.
• Ensure that all necessary paperwork and documentation are in order before transporting goods.
• Must be able to communicate in English & Hindi.
• Knowledge of UAE roads.
• Hold valid UAE driving license for heavy vehicles.

The office location is in Al Quoz. Work timings would be Mon to Sat (8am to 6pm). All positions will come with other benefits like health insurance, annual leaves etc as per the UAE Labor Law.
